49'x17'x12' Need help with studio design

Hey ya'll! Long time lurker now finally need you guys more than ever. I attached a draft of the dimensions for the space given to me. I've been mixing in a somewhat standard bedroom studio with copious amounts of bass traps (that translate pretty well THB!) and now it's time to move out. The furthest dotted line is where a wall will be for an iso room and bathroom but the remaining is all up for grabs! I'm thinking just a control room and a live room but have no idea on dimensions for this and I need some help.. Thanks for anything! P.S I've been an online warrior the past month and still can't find all the info I need to make this happen.
