I have just moved into a new house with an extra room that I would like to use for a studio. I'm looking to have a control room, a live room and two amp lockers. I would like isolation....however the space is small (not sure how much that matters). I only use near feild monitors so i don't need much space past my protols rig (I will not be using a consol). I just started using smart draw and I suck so for clarification there is a closet in the corner with double doors. I would like to keep that in and perhaps use it for storage. Other notes the floors are cement, the ceilings are 7.5', and there are two steps down with-in the door swing.
Any help would be great. Once again sorry about the poor drawing.

Gear: HD with three interfaces, about 12 pieces of out-board, a set of NS10s and Dynaudio BM6As (perhaps trading up to BM15As in the near future). The door to the bottom, right can be blocked. I'm looking to take my professional work home to mix and at the same time be able to record projects with drums that sound decent. Thanks for any help.
perhaps you could look at something like this design - (it's close sizewise)
cheers
