small room design ideas

I just bought a house and will be moving into it in May, I am trying to figure out if this one room could be used decently for a Mixing/listening room? The Dimensions are 8 Feet by 15 Feet and 8 feet high ceiling. I am posting a picture as you can see there is a door on the Left hand side that goes into the actual house basement and a door on the right hand side that goes to the back yard also on the right hand side there is a window. Now I dont have a picture of this but directly behind where the picture was taken from is a stair case. I do not have a problem covering/removing stuff from this room the stair case could go if it absolutely had to, though it is a better entrance to the room? sorry in advanced since this is probably a constant question. and any ideas are very welcome. I just would prefer to use this room since it is not really part of the actual house. there is nothing above it. would be better noise wise.

also this is a picture from the real estate site so the room will be gutted. minus the deer head.

Very sorry @Soundman2020 I read the pages and I fixed up my location, also I understand the search location about finding similar information, but i didn't know if i could find anything similar with the door and window situation, just want to know if this room is useful. I am attaching a hand drawn of the lay out. and the hight of ceiling is 8-Feet since thats not included in the drawing. if more info is needed let me know, and let me know if i fixed up those concerns from before Thank you all for being patient with a new guy.
