Hello (again)-
I've been poking around looking at different free span building types and came across the easi-span stuff. I emailed for a quote to get a better idea of cost, it's probably higher than steel buildings but by the time you would try to strap enough mass on the walls of a steel frame (and beef up the frame) and match insulation and somewhat match TL values for a heavy outer shell this may actually be cheaper.

Looking around I see that they also can do all the interior walls this way as well. Interesting stuff, anyone ever use this type of building? It sure does go up quickly. Also interesting that you can actually make the building bigger down the road. And it's bullet proof! Thanks
Anyone ever use pre-cast concrete construction?
