Hey Guys I have a quick question. I'm about to set up a small studio in a room that's about 10m x 5m x (!) 2,20m Question is - Is it possible in any way to treat the control room and vocal booth properly with such low ceiling? I did some research but most of it is about length/width and I need to answer if I want to set it there (dont have much other choices) til tomorrow so I haven't got much time to decide. What do you think? Thanks for any advice. PS: If there was any info about this sorry but I really did search and like I said I dont have much time so I'm still searchin but in the meantime I thought maybe you could help me out here.

It can be done, yes. Not optimal acoustics, but still usable (as long as you weren't aiming for Abbey Road acoustics! :) )

It is actually about length/width/height! All three dimensions are important. Search the forum for "room ratio" to understand what it is all about. This might help too: http://www.bobgolds.com/Mode/RoomModes.htm - Stuart -
