Control Room Design - Choice of 2 Designs...

I posted a rough design a while back, and ya'll helped a lot. Tanx again. I'm looking at moving some things around which gives me a couple of options for a control room design. This control room will be in a basement. There are low ceilings (7') and the total volume will be 1500 cf in either design. Both designs have their strength and weaknesses as far as the overall layout (where the doors can go, where i can stick the iso booth, etc), and neither is "perfect". So, what it really comes down to is which one will sound better, or at least be easier to treat to make to sound reaonable. Design 1 (sorry for the fuzzy graphics...) is below.

Design 2 is below. Ignore the diffusor in the back, that might end up being simply absorption and bass traps in the corners. Furniture and everything else would be the same as design 1 above...
