NEED DESIGNER ASAP FOR MELBOURNE MID-LEVEL STUDIO BUILD

Hey guys, I'm looking for a designer as soon as possible to design a mid-level recording facility to be built in Melbourne, Australia. I'm not necessarily after someone local (although local would be a massive help) I do however need this done asap. I had a designer lined up, however he is way too busy to get near it at the moment and I need to have this up and running ASAP. First off, I'll start with some info on the location, The studio is to be built inside an industrial type factory/warehouse with concrete panel walls and concreted floor, Dimensions are 8.5m Wide x 17.2m Long x 6.5m High. The space has a toilet and kitchen taking up about 2x4m already in the facility. The budget for this is looking at about $12-15k (australian) in terms of design & materials, however this is not set in stone and there is possibly some room for flexibility. The studio will be used mainly for the heavier genres (metal/hardcore ect.) as well as the occasional softer project. If anyone is interested in this, please PM me ASAP Thank you :D
