I have double studio doors, but I am now looking for handles that pull the doors further closed. As I have foam rubber lining them. the sort of thing you would find on an ship or old fridge. I'd be grateful for any contacts or links to help with this problem. thanks in advance.
studio door handles

Your best bet is to install proper automatic door closers on your door. Since studio doors are always very heavy, that's the safest way of handling them anyway, as the door closer can be set to close the door slowly, the apply pressure when it is closed, to keep the seals snugged up tight. Using a closer is much better than trying to close them by hand, since the huge mass can cause damage if the door slams. Even just closing it a bit too hard can knock your seals or jambs out of alignment. With a properly adjusted closer, that doesn't happen and you wont spend half your life trying to keep your seals and jambs aligned!
Another thing you could do is to replace one layer of the seals around your door with a magnetic seal, of the type you find on your refrigerator door. That can help provide enough pressure to keep the other layers of seals snugged up tight as well. And the combination of door closer plus magnetic seal is the best of all.
By the way, please read the forum rules for posting (click here). You seem to be missing a couple of things! :)
