Mini Split with Fresh Air Intake

I am building a 17' x 15' x 8' live room and have been researching ways to heat/cool/ventilate without spending $5,000. I've kinda been set on doing the mini-split thing, but I'm unsure of the best way to bring in or out, fresh or stale air. Is the Ururu Sarara something that can do all of this efficiently for a studio room? Is it available in the US? I wasn't able to find that info. Thanks.

I have installed a Daikan on my build, viewtopic.php?f=2&t=15407&start=90 very happy with it, and another one will be going into the live room shortly, cost me around £850 for the 2 rooms + installation
