new construction

I have an existing out building that is 25x30 with 15 ft ceiling height at peak 9ft at lowest. No floor just gravel. & the walls are just metal walls with no insulation. I am 50 ft away from my personal house & have 1 neighbor that is about 100 ft away from the studio. I am wanting to build a control room & a live room for drum recording/practice space. I just read rod gervals book & holy crap balls! I got some of it & didnt get some of the rest. I will read again, but is there someone on here who would design this for me. Im willing to pay but do not have unlimited funds. I am a construction guy & a permanent live sound insstaller, just need some help with design stage. i can draw the room in the program audio ease if that would help. Thanks for any help. Sorry if i didnt post everything you need. I didnt know how detailed I needed to get just to find someone to help.

Yeah I got it & pmd John. He said he's way to busy & find someone else. I'm in the process of tryin to come up with the $ so I didn't want to bother anybody about designs till I knew for sure it was a go. How much do you charge for simple design? I can get you a 3d drawing & all the details of what I want. Thanks again

You can draw this up in EASE (enhanced acoustic simulator for engineers which means you HAVE a current copy?) you have Rod's book....and you thought we wouldn't need more information than what you supplied? Really? This is crazy man:) Heck give us a base line budget, an anticipated isolation requirement and a few months and we will do it for free!!!
