I recently gained access from a friend to use an industrial space. I need help in terms of the design, layout etc from the ground up. My primary objective is utilize this space to construct a control room designed for mixing w/ mastering capabilities as well as a small live room that can be used for vocals as well as some acoustic instruments...and if there is any space left over a room designated to record drums. The attached file is the room w/ dimensions. I will be constructing inside this room.

Maybe you should come up with some plans. It is a bit much to ask us to do the entire design, isn't it? :D :D
LOL sorry about that ...I am just worried about going in the wrong direction ...it is simpler to treat a room ...but now I just have a open space to utilize and I am not sure how efficient I can make it ...it is just an big room with unlimited ceilings...sorry if I sound a little ignorant. I have worked in studios, now it is creating a space of my own, from the ground up. I just want to do it right. I attach some diagrams with the ideas that I had but ...I don't feel confident that they are any good. Thanks...
Here is the design I came up with ....well what I would like to achieve...but I am not sure how to fit it all in this space...meaning the size of everything and angles and I will be using double walls so less space...i am not sure if I am allowed to move break down that concrete shelf...that would give me an extra 5ft. If I can get a live room for some acoustic instruments, a room to record drums and a vocal booth ...that would be great. Everything looks cool on paper but size and shape matter. Thanks
