yeah, im sorry for not labeling them, the control room is the closest room, the asymmetrical room is the tracking room, so you would have to look through the tracking room from the control room to see the vocal booth/amp room.
I will probably end up using the iso room mostly for guitars, but occasionally for vox when i want them super dry

Excuse me to jump in this thread but Stuart, are you messing control room to the liveroom in that desing? I think, control room is located on left hand side with a window on a back wall and liveroom is on right?I'm saying that it is not symmetrical because the right wall is flat and runs straight from the front wall to the rear wall, while the left wall is not straight and has a very large angled "kink" in it just a few inches from the front, roughly where the bass trap ends. That's a major difference in symmetry.are you saying the control room isn't symmetrical because of the double door? or maybe just because my picture is at a weird angle, because i tried to design it perfectly symmetrical, the opposing wall to the door would be wood.
