Hi! I'm looking for building a one-room-studio of approx 70m3. Possibly with a vocal-booth. What is the cheapest and easiest way to do this from ground up? Is a concrete cube (not cubic) a good idea? With walls like this (or thicker)

Stc: 63 from: http://www.concreteconstruction.net/ima ... 340735.pdf
Or, reinforced concrete is maybe not that cheap. And a one-wall structure will have a problem regarding doors and windows, right. I can't get a door and a window with stc 60 or so?
I suppose you are going to use this studio for music? Sound with a music spectrum has a load of low frequencies, so STC doesn't tell much about sound isolation for music. And in that PDF suggestions are made for triple leaf constructions, something you want to avoid when isolating music.

Ok, thanks! (Sure, music it is)
