Advice needed on challenging studio layout

I have been following the group for over a year now and I finally have bought my own place and have room for a studio. I have drawn the floorplan of the space I intend to use for the studio. I am still unsure if this is the best use of space or not. Feedback would be GREATLY appreciated.
