Okay, guys... This is going to be my last post before I actually start construction of this bugger. Long time in the making, but I think I've got most everything nailed down. I took Stuart's advice and went with only one iso-room along with the live room (as well as the vocal booth), giving me way more space to work with in the live room. I fleshed out the framing, and hopefully have a somewhat finished design.
Construction begins in 3 days. Hopefully I remember to take a lot of pics along the way.

Looking good! The only thing that caught my eye is the window in the left speaker soffit. That glass needs to end up flush with the surface of the soffit, which might not be easy to do. I'd be interested to see the details on how you plan to do that soffit.
