Small Control Room & Vocal Booth Design

Im trying to design a control room and a vocal booth within this space. i would like to have johns small control room design with a separate vocal booth opposite the rest room.The booth would be in the corner where the 30ft/9ft existing walls meet. Any and all help/responses will be greatly appreciated. Basically, the studio will be in back of a print and media company. Also, i dont actually need windows in the booth either. our budget for materials only is $1500/labor will be free from a contractor buddy & family members Our goal is to be able to record/mix & master in this space. here is an itemized list of equipment that will be going in this space!
