Studio designs... need ideas if you have some play time

All sketch up users... I am looking at a potential move. I found a house that has a detached workshop with 220 already to it. The dimensions are 35x50 with a few garages doors (one being a 14 footer that would probably be removed and the other a standard.) I am going to start looking at potential design ideas and would love for anyone great in sketch up to chime in. If I can get this place I am looking for: 1. small office for main billing/computer work. 2. small lounge - couch, mini fridge, bathroom, tv sorta thing) 3. Control Room 4. Live Room 5. Guitar room 6. Vocal Booth 7. Computer room PHOTO HERE FOR SIZE IDEA: http://photos.ppar.com/t5/13/663565m.jpg This area would be 1750 square feet with up to 18 foot ceilings I am assuming. Could be a great space! Any help or ideas would be great! Working out the potential move now!
