Starting a garage Studio

Hi there... I am starting a new studio on a garage that is separated from the house construction. It is made of brick walls and has a pyramid wood ruff The sizes are: 7x 8.x 2.5 meters or 23x 26x 8 Feet The size of the ruff is the same area (7x 8. ) with a 1 meter high above the 2.5 high of the walls. Basically I want to have a small control room, a tracking room, and if it’s possible a small insulation booth. Please help me with some ideas about the distribution of the spaces…. Thank you…
