Any words ? 8)
Yeah - "have all the walls up on a slab" - I'd need a LOT more information on your EXACT construction before I could suggest much - for now, if you go to the Construction forum and read the "sticky's" section, you'll get a lot of questions answered plus a feel for what kind of info we need in order to be able to answer the questions you'll add to your list AFTER reading the "sticky's"... sweet bud ! yeah all the walls are on the slab !
Yeah as i said all the walls are on the same slab. My main questions are i guess gettin the best isolation bettween the CR and the Live room. As you can see on the floor plan i have given you all the dimensions and the walls are standard tiber frames filled with rockwool. Would it be better to float the floor in the CR room which is small, or in the live room, or both ? Im filling all the walls and celing with rockwool bats, is this a good idea ? cheers bud Md
Any answers on how i should treat the walls in the live room and thecontorl room. Should i use carpet on the floor of the control room and just seal the concret in the live room ? Where should i put bass traps and other acoustic treatment in the live room and the CR ? Where should i set my desk and monitors in da CR ? cheers mate Matt d
