Studio Layout

Looking on some advice on how to layout a studio for the basement of my new house (not yet constructed). I would like to include the following: 1) A control room (kinda obvious) with a window looking into the live space from the mix position. 2) A large live space that could double as a rehearsal space for my band. 3) A vocal booth that could also be use for guitar cabinet isolation, if possible with a window that looks into the control room. 4) A small mic locker. The house will not be contracted for another year so I have plenty of time to plan and I really want to get this done right. As indicated on the drawings, the ceiling height is currently designed at 9ft. Thanks
