I have been browsing this site and it's just great information! Already I did place my monitors on wall A. I would like to swap my cntl/desk from A to D wall. Is it a good ideal, will it affect my acoustic for mixing. Benefit: I will be gaining room space for recording. I am doing guitar and voice recording. Wall A = 137 in. B = 135 in. C = 81 in. D = 71 in. E = 64 in. On wall A, there is a window 47 in. wide, on wall C a closet, the seeling is at 88 in. and I have carpet covering a wooden floor. Thanks for your help!

I would appreciate any help, thanks!
Initially I'd swing around 45 degrees to your right and face the top right corner. Then I'd deaden walls E,D and C. Try that and see how it works. cheers john

thanks for the reply John , I really appreciate. Any particular reason to put it on wall B rather then D, the reason I ask, my cntl desk is a counter top shaped in a corner at 45 degrees! And if you notice on my drawing I have a closet on wall C.
