need help with the spatial distribution

Hi everybody. I have an autocad archive with the plan of the place where I want to mve my homestudio. I will be very thankful to anyone who helps me with the design and spatial distribution. Thanks.

This is the floor plan of the place. The bath needs to be near the entrance because of the water tubes, so is the only thing I have clear. It´s a very irregular place, so I need your help for get things well done. Thank you very much.
