Studio Design Ideas for Garage+Extention

Hey Guys! I am in Paramus, NJ USA starting to plan out my studio. I have a garage with an extention. I am doing mostly Jazz/Classical/World and some Rock and Pop but basically I need a decent live room and a few iso rooms where all the musicians can have line of sight. ideally 1 large room, 2 small rooms, a booth, and a Control Room The extension of my space has higher ceilings so was thinking that should be the main live room. Another issue I have is a support beam going across the garage part of my space with a pole coming down the center of it. You can see it all in the sketchup file. My budget is about $8,000 but can go up or down (hopefully) about $2000 if needed. Please help! Thanks
