Any new ideas for an odd shaped facility?

Hi all, I've spent the last few weeks preparing designs for a complex situated in this building, and though I think I have a good one to go with, I'd like to post the blank template for any ideas/designs/advice which may be helpful. The end facility should hopefully have two independent studios - each with control room, drum room, live room & vocal booth as well as a shared kitchen, seating area and office/reception. The plan I have squeezes these into the layout - just - with the three communal areas against the wall to the right. The only place where it contacts another building is to the right, other than this all the external walls lead to the street outside, and the whole area is on a concrete base. I hope it doesn't seem that I am being lazy and asking you all to design it for me, coz I'm not - it's just that I'd like to see what ideas everyone else can come up with. :D Thanks in advance Andy

Ok I'll go first, This is the result of the many designs and revisions so far. I'd just like some advice so I can be more confident that I am using the provided space to its best. Any feedback or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Andy

Please guys . . . :( anykind of feedback would be really, really helpful. I'm due to start construction at the end of July and I want to be at least 80 % confident about the layout before hand
