Challenging possible Studio space - can it be done?

Hi all - I'm building a relatively small studio in my basement, and could use your help for any design ideas. There are a couple of things which I cannot change about the available space which are making it quite difficult to determine the best use of the space. If it's not clear from the picture, the space is essentially *already* divided up into 3 rooms - there are two interior load-bearing walls. The one on the left has a metal post supporting the beam, so that wall could be moved if I were willing to have a post stuck in the middle of a room somewhere (the post can be moved as long as it supports the beam somewhere roughly near the middle of the beam - the beam runs directly above where that wall is drawn right now). The wall on the right is just wood framing, but it was built when the house was built and it bears the load of the second main beam, so I don't think I can move it. I can put doors or windows anywhere in those two walls. The problems I'm running into mainly have to do with the fact that I want people to be able to enter the house and use the bathroom without affecting recording. I thought I'd go ahead and post this here to see if anyone has any ideas that I haven't yet thought of. Also, in places where the measurements don't visually line up with the drawing (i.e. of the bathroom door), go by the measurements; they're correct. The door at the bottom right of the drawing can be taken out if necessary. Thanks in advance for all of your help! james

two questions James - can you move the bottom right door into the house maybe 4- 5 feet to the left? and can you create a new entrance to the bathroom from the house side? cheers john
The bottom right door can't be moved, but it can be eliminated entirely and just replaced with a wall, if that helps. As for the bathroom door, I was looking at the same idea yesterday - it looks like I could possibly take that door and move it so that it was located approximately in the area of the text which says "to rest of house (needs to stay)." One potentially helpful thing is that the area of the house on the other side of the bottom left door has enough room for me to build a 'soundlock' into the rest of the house, and the bathroom door could just be a part of the soundlock hallway. Hope that helps - thanks again! james
Bump - any ideas?
James - access to the studio is the problem - could you build something like this by altering the bathroom?? I've also moved the control room door so you can build a RFZ in the front of the room. cheers john
