salam to everyone, im from Dhaka,Bangladesh and new at this forum....i wanna build my own studio(small) for which i got a commercial flat inherited from my family........In my country there is no experts from whom i can get professional help...so im attaching the present design of the flat and the rooms i choose for C.room and Live room.........Seeing others design in this forum it seems, my rooms are too small. so.........is it doable?......... any expert opinion ,advices, comments or plans are requested and will be highly appreciated. *note:currently, all my rooms are separated by 5" brick wall and 1" plaster on both sides and all measurements are in feet in the design.

i know the the design is not in detail and the question may be silly but im confused.....but i have plan. Inshaa Allah ,i will give that but first i have to know the room size and dimension are doable..... so my question to mr John Sayers,do i need to change the room dimensions which is very expensive or there is another way? my plan is to setup a DW drums set(jazz) at the live room which i planned to acoustics with 4"studs with glass wool then 12mm drywall then 12mm particleboard and the control rooms with 6" as someone said for live room, 4" will be better to make it less dead.........is it? *note: in case the dimensions are not clear in the pic ....... control room: 16.5' x 12.5' live room: 16' x12.5'
