Hi all, I'm relativ new here so I hope somebody could help me and point me in the best direction. Every comment would be appriciated. I want to make my dream with a new build control room. In the first floor of my house I have the following space. Sorry for the bad scratch but I'm not the best CorelDraw expert. If somebody could help bring it in the right direction regards bass trapps, resonators, diffusors and ceiling construction. The ceiling is 3,50m and the room is empty, so everything is possible. regards, Mark

Nice space! Where aer upi putting the speakers? If in the corners, it looks like they will be more than 60 degrees apart. the preferred norm.

Look at the studios and plans under the "studios under construction" at the beginning of this site. Bass traps: back wall Resonators: side walls diffusors: side walls, combine with resonators, John's slatted absobers would be good. Ceiling construction: absorption for first reflections, or splay (angle) the ceiling to create a RFZ zone. Try that for starts.
