NEW STUDIO I NEED HELP

I HAVE BASIC LAYOUT WITH WHAT I NEED BUT I NEED HELP ON GETTING TO THE COMPLETED BLUE PRINT... :( look it over and help with the ideas i have. I hired a contractor to do the work it would help if i had a 3d sketchup file to look @.. (just of the studio area) So my big question is what would you do with a space like this? i will donate for help thanx!! I am located in new jersey usa My budget is 2500 - 3000
