About to build an RFZ, any advices ? please

Hi everyone, Im just about to build an RFZ in a 3.20 x 4.56 x 2.30 mts room, I understand angles should be made to take reflections out of listenin area, I have consulted some books and every internet site, however they do not go beyond text explanations and plans without details. I have also seen some pictures where it seems each speaker should be mounted in a box that contains the speakers, sometimes this box is supported in an aditional metal frame. I have no method except intuition any advice, experience or website will be of great help. Are this size of room a candidate for RFZ ?, Im planning to sofit mount a pair of genelec S30D thanks in advance
