I am the audio director for the church with out walls in Houston. I have been "given" a room to edit in and do voiceovers. The room is under the choir so the celling is sloped from 9' to 5'9" and the wall on the right is angled. please see the attached drawing.
I need to know what the best orientation of the room is and where to place the monitors and acoustic treatment. The limitations: First, and foremost i can not change or add any walls. Second, the rack in the corner is a fixed item and i can not move it.

This is what I was thinking. any help would be appreciated.
you can go that approach and use some absorbers on stands around the desk plus absorbers on the either side of the door and on the door itself. some absorption on the sloping ceiling as well. you should add some super chunks into the corners to provide LF absorption as well.
