The main thing that jumps out at me is that you have all these rooms and no way to see into them!
Your "control room" should allow you this freedom especially in a new design with no restrictions that we are aware of yet.
Actually it looks like you have windows in the room, but you have your control room shrinking in the back baked on hard boundaries and that will be problematic. You might switch the live room with the CR with the slider in front of your desk although it's likely to be tight. Maybe the two rectangular rooms may be your better choice, or shift the angled walls to allow the CR to expand and still provide a view into the live room and booth.
