Asking for help and ideas to plan the studio building

Hi, I've read a lot in this forum. However, this has been to in my will and I am stuck in the planning of my building of my studio. I ask for help and need advice and help how I can schedule: one liverum för drums, a control room, a toilet, a small storage and maybe a vocal/amplifier booth. Have drawn my simple sketch in excel when I have not yet learned SketchUp. Dimensions are 9.2m x 6.5m and the ceiling heigt is 2,4 meters. Have tried to do a drawing in SketchUp and have a idee for the planning of the construction of the studio. I feel little concern for the dimensions of the drum booth. And if I have thought right when it comes to planning. ?

in the CR, you probably should extend the angled side walls to past your listening position. you might also consider enclosing the CR fully to ensure the back corner and stair case don't create an odd chamber effect. the drum booth is as large as you can make it? if so, then that's what you have...
