I like very much :thu: cool shot.
Do you have any more info on this? I have a similar sized space that I am looking to build in my basement and would love some help on building it.
Very nice! how did you manage the fresh air? Could you post a sketch up image?
That cloud with lighting built in is also the cat's meow..
Thanks! Gullfo, I didn't do any sketchup sadly.. I made some drawings for the workers and I was on top of them for the construction since this was done upstairs of my own studio. The booth's has the same system as my booth.. flex ducts for in/out The control room self ventilates through the door since its not air tight and didnt need to. The design is pretty much basic. Super chunk and the front corners and fiberglass on the front and side walls. Some RFZ was compromised by the vocal booth but it was the space we had to work with. The back wall is also fiberglass and the back sidewalls are slot resonators. Cheers
Forgot to mention that the booth is room-in-a-room. The CR is only acoustic treatment So far no noise issues or whatsoever: He is directly on top of my drum room which was heavily isolated so he is fine even when we are recording drums. he kinds of hear the kick drum a bit but that doesnt stop him from working. We didnt float his floor since its 2ndfloor and I didnt want to waste money doing it wrong and loosing more height: the room is not that big. Also, there is one hidden door that leads to the attic (inside the left slot wall), we couldnt seal that door! but it looks cool
