replacing acoustic walls with closet wardrobe or bookcase?

Hi guys, I'm thinking of replacing the rear wall of the control room and a corner of the recording room with something which can store mic's, stands, cables, guitars, books, pedalboards, etc. My studio is getting small. I'm always investing in more amps, preamps, guitars, basses, and I've no space at all. The control room rear wall should be replaced with a book case, but I don't know what corner and what to do with the recording room. Advices are welcome!
