READY TO DESIGN DREAM STUDIO

Hello All, I am new to the forum, but I have observed it many times in reference to answering questions I had. I live in the US in Tennessee. I just purchased my first home and am now ready to build my personal dream studio. It has taken many years for me to reach this goal and I am blessed to say I am almost there. I want to build a detached building in my backyard. So I know this gives me all the options in the world as I will be building from the ground up. I will also need to lay a new slab of concrete for the building. I am trying to go for a building that is about 24ft wide by 36ft long. I want to build a large control room, 1 vocal booth, 1 live room, 1 storage closet, and 1 bathroom(sink & toilet only). In the control room I want the console to be facing the live room and vocal booth. I also am completely fascinated by an elevated sitting area in the back of the control room. I would like to have 3 floors. What I mean by this is, the console would be on the lowest part of the floor, next I would have an 6inch elevated floor bheind the console area which would contain another desk and production area for keyboards, beat machines, etc. Then behind this area the floor would be elevated another 6 inches or so and this would be the Sitting/Listening area with couches/chairs/ coffee tables. In the control room I would like to have Complete Surround Sound Studio monitors mounted in the walls. For lighting I would like the option of different color lighting. I would like to have light switches that would control each color. I would like to have maybe 5 or more sets of different colored lighting( Blacklight, Red light, Green Light, Blue light, Regular White light). My total budget is about $50,000. I have been waiting for this my whole life and am right on the doorstep of living out my dream. I have suffered and willed my way through so many different jobs I hated just to save the money to get to this point to realize my dream. I am currently working as a contractor in Baghdad, Iraq. That just tells you how far I have went to acheive this goal. I have been here since 2006 saving for my house and studio. The house is now purchased and I only need build the studio. I would be extremely greatful for any and all insight and direction and advice you could give me in my quest of designing and building this studio. I am an extreme novice when it comes to construction and the detailed designing process. That is why I have saved the money I have because I know I will need some other party to do the majority of construction for me. thanks again in advance for any help you could provide. If you have a floor plan of the space or some information on the dimensions etc of the proposed outer building including info on music, noise levels, height restrictions or other relevant information.
