looking for architect / studio designer

I am Looking for somebody to design my home recording studio in Washington dc If u are interested pm me Goal - Want to build a control/tracking room and Vocal booth Budget? Whatever it takes Existing Building Details - The House is 100 years old. and we have three windows - approx 17 feet x 20 feet. 9ft high + attic. - No insulation (yet) - The control/tracking room will be on the third floor How Loud Am I? very loud Environmental Noise? The biggest problem will be outside traffic noise.bus dump trucks, logging trucks, loud pickup trucks, and people walking by and chatting quietly all make sound that I can easily here in the building.

yes and more and some of them on this site. i posited the $ amount to highlight the OP's budget "unlimited" statement on 340ft2 since we don't really have all the details...

Hi Otlyer. You should probably contact John directly by e-mail for something like that. Designing and building pro studios is what he does for a living. The forum is more for folks who want to learn how to do it themselves, then build there own place, with their own hands. If John can't take on your project for whatever reason, then he can probably recommend someone else for you. - Stuart -
