Pocket door insulation

I'm using wooden pocket doors in my build.Any tips on treating the doors and the cavity in which they would hang? Thanks

how will they be sealed? pocket doors tend to not seal well compared to say a sliding or French door.

I'm thinking of using 3 layers of material for the doors (mdf,gyprock,mdf) and creating an overlap where the doors meet.Still exploring the idea. Do you have any diagrams for the other types of doors? I'm using John's small studio plan which calls for sliding doors.Just thought it would be neater with the pocket door. :roll:

I decided to go with the sliding doors as per Glenn's advice.I will be losing about 2" of space in an already small room,but sound-wise I guess its worth it.
