Hello, I'm new to this website and am looking for a bit of help. I'm trying to make a studio in a spare bedroom. I will link a sketch of the room with the measurements below. For the studio, I would like a live room and a mixing room or whatever the term for it is..heh. If it is not big enough for two separate rooms, that's okay. I would like as little construction as possible. I also have no needs or wants of soundproofing this. Please respond, thank you in advanced!

welcome. it doesn't look big enough for two rooms. so you might just want to read up on room treatments and consider some options for getting the room response balanced.
