Hello guys and Happy New Year!!!
I´m looking for advice about the design of my room.
I will use the room for tracking guitars ( acoustic and electric), vocals and for mixing.
Here is some information about the room:

- the room is in the second floor of my house. There is only 1 room in the 2nd floor.
- the basic dimensions are: W=4,5m; D=4,28m; Hmin= 1,48m; Hmax=2,95m.
- the floor is tile and the walls are made with brick.
- there is a window just in the middle of the ceiling.

In this basic design, i put the amp closet in the lowest part of the room.
My desk will be a moveable because the room is small and i will need some space to track acoustic guitars.
My main monitors are M-audio Studiophile DSM3.
you can find the sketch-up version here:

tell me what you think!
thank you so much,

what do you need for isolation? what is the ceiling and floor made of? the drawing doesn't seem to be scale given your dimensions or things are miniature...
hi, thank you for the response.
For isolation, the only thing i need to isolate is the cabinet of the amp, just to crank it loud the amp :), overall the room is quiet, with no external noise.
The ceiling and floor are made of concrete.
I didn´t explain correctly the basic dimension of the room, here is a clearer picture with the dimensions (in metric system):
