Pink Insulation on inside out wall design

This is probably a dumb question but is the pink insulation used on the outside of the room, on an inside out design the same as that pick loft (attic) blanket stuff?

use the rigid stuff on the inside of the inside-out walls and the pink stuff between the exterior wall and the drywall if appropriate.

is there anyway you can maybe post a drawing of the inside-out wall, with insulation and stuff too
