Garage Space 21 x 11.5 - SAE Garage Studio 1 ?

I have looked at the SAE site and was wondering if the Garage Studio 1 would work for my configuration. I do not need the space below the vocal booth. I would like the studio to be at the 31.5" however. I'm really just unsure of what size to make each of the rooms or if there is a better possible configuration for me. Also the 37" door can be made to swing out the other direction if needed.

This might sound like a dumb question, but here goes. Are those sliding glass doors between the control room and the rest of the studio? If so why is only one of them doubled? Actually, why is there only one double wall?

Yes - those are sliding glass doors. why only one double wall? well space is a minimum and you'll need double walls to isolate from drums in the right studio whereas you could get away with only one to the vocal booth on the left.. cheers john
