Help with floor!!! Urgent!

Im building a studio in top of my house... mmmm i just want to know how should i build the floor of the studio... my house is made of concrete (cement) and i dont want the sound of the studio getting into my house at all... and i dont want the noises of my house getting into the studio as well!!!

Many others who are very helpful, will most likely not reply out of respect for the moderators' wishes.
