Rehearsal room SKETCHUP

Hi, I'm working in get better acoustics in my rehearsal rooms. The first room I had "reformed" is the one in attached files. But I'm thinking of new treatments for the other rooms... The drummers usually stay at the bottom of the room, and singers stay next to the door, in the opossite place of the room. Bearing that in mind, any suggestions on acoustics treatment? Thanks!
