need help with design

Hello there this is my first post i d like to say that this is a really an awsome page browsed alot through threats but didnt quite find an answer so here we go in the file attached u see a basment studio i just rent - excuse i am absolute skp noob there are 3 metalpipes/studs per room, which causes me headache i dont really know how to design my control room i d like to have it on the side with the entrance the windows on the side give nice light and i would like to integrate them the liferoom should be on the other side i d also like to have a vocal/amp room ( not big ) without those beams i would be much easyer thx 4 your replys excuse my english i am from austria

Hi , if you just rent it does it makes sense for you invest much to get a full studio installed or are more looking for some sort of temporary working solution? Helge
