Rod's Super Door Question

In Rod's book the diagram's for his super door design show the lead/plywood side always facing the inside of the studio space. Because my rooms are adjacent to a hallway they are really going to need the doors opening into the studio as opposed to the hallway. This would mean that the lead/ply side of the door and respective stops and seals would be on the outside towards the hallway. Would this matter? Seems like it might be better to have the heavy mass of the lead sheet side facing the higher noise levels.

There is no difference - the TL value of the assembly is exactly the same form both sides......... Rod
Thanks Rod! Great book BTW and is serving as my bible for updating and correcting problems in a 20 year old post facility I just took over.
