Hi Gang -
I am going to use a portable air conditioner outside of my drum room to bring cool air in, but I need a small quiet ventilation fan to send air out of the room.
The fan can either be in the room or it can be at the end of some piping leading to a shaft that goes outside.
Has anyone found something that is very affordable and useful available inexpensively in the US?
The room is small - about 8 ft x 12 ft with 8 ft ceilings.
Thanks!
Rob
Inexpensive Quiet Ventilation Fan Needed!

That said, If you are in a room that basically does not leak air/sound then you do not require a fan to extract the air. Reason being is that the air being forced into the environment can never get filled as long as there is an outlet side. By pressure alone, your cool air comes in and the room air is pushed out.
Obviously this is a simple statement but you gave a simple requirement with no other parameters.
An example that would not work properly would be your forced air is coming into the room from a side wall, six feet from the floor and 24 inches from the corner. Then you have a return air or exhaust vent on the same wall really close to the forced air in. The air in is just as likely to go right back out the exhaust outlet.
So everything matters, as they say.
