Howdy all. Found this website and tried using the search for something that would pertain to my situation but I couldn't. The dimensions: 29.5' length x 11.3' width, 8' ceiling. I wanted to get the best possible use out of a shoe-box of a room solely for purpose of tracking a live band. The control room is downstairs and I have just ran a 16 channel snake upstairs in this room. The desk and pretty much everything but the shelves can be moved or done away with. It's just an old office area. Any advice on the best possible results from these dimensions and especially drum placement would be appreciated to the fullest extent. Truly. Thanks for your time.
There is an announcement at the top of the forum about what to do to assure getting as many responses as possible. The announcement leads to this post (click here). Actually, several people, who are experts on this forum, will most likely not reply if you don't do what is written in that post. Many others who are very helpful, will most likely not reply out of respect for the moderators' wishes. - Stuart -
Well, thanks anyway.
What do you mean "thanks anyway"??? I'm trying to HELP you after I noticed your thread didn't get a single response in three days, and you just blow me off with a "Thanks, anyway"??? Whatever....
I'm sorry if that came off nasty. I do appreciate the help, very much. I guess I just misinterpreted it was a 'figure it out for yourself' sort of thing. (I suck at forum posting... )
well - read the link he pointed you to in order to help you!
