This is an information driven forum and is viewed on a world wide platform. Time crunches do not exist in this forum, per se.
But I can help you to help yourself:
Also, when money is involved, we would like to get some of it :)
Please read the forum RULES (stickies) that can be found at this link:
viewforum.php?f=17
Then make certain that this is reviewed:

Please correct your initial post to conform with these rules and guidelines. Many here will not only NOT help while waiting in respect for owners and other better qualified persons to proceed, but will simply ignore these type of posts completely.
You may want to immediately ask "what is it that I have missed". Most often it is as simple as including your geographical location in your profile. It might be that you have not included your budget!
Trust me in that the more you know the better others can help you and that the answer to that question is in the forum rules linked page.
Until then, good luck,
Brien
Thanks a lot for the heads up!!
Well Im located in Houston, Tx.... My budget is 5k-8k.... Im have a ruff layout and looking for assistant on getting a complete layout to give my builder.... I also want a floating floor that I plan on filling with sand.... I hope this helps a little more thanks...
What can you tell us about the existing building/structure? What is it made of? What kind of noise are you dealing with from the outside of this environment?
The building is a warehouse..... It has a metal roof, a concrete floor, sheet rock walls..... There are neighbors next door.... The property is a corner unit about 120 yards from the main street.
Please ignore the lousy spammer. John, I thought that the new update of the forum was supposed to make it even harder for spammers to get in? - Stuart -Please visit <spam-web.site-name-deleted> for a comprehensive design application that may help you understand how to proceed.
It can't stop someone from legitimately registering and making a post Stuart.
Yeah, I know. I'm just bitchin' again! ( Did I ever mention that I hate spammers? :horse: )
Maybe this would be overkill, but I've seen some forums where a newcomers first couple of posts have to be vetted manually by the mods before they actually appear, and only after maybe 4 or 5 valid posts have passed inspection are the rest allowed to pass automatically. Is that feature available here, John? Even if only the very first post was to require your approval, that would probably catch the vast majority of the stuff that is still slipping through.
Or maybe I'm just wanting to swat a fly with a machine gun...
- Stuart -
well now you have the power to delete it :)
Yeah, true, but with power comes responsibility! Having been a moderator on other boards, I know how tempting that "delete post" button can be sometimes, which means that I have to try harder to resist the temptation!
But in cases like this, there's no need to resist... Spam always deserves a quick death :)
I am a firm believer in top down management...not that it is completely accurate, but that a chain of command has to exist.
That said, I have never seen anything/post that looked like it had been deleted by John or the original mods.
This temptation you refer to Stuart, based on my experiences, is a mirror being held up to my face.
Take it for what it's worth.
Congratulations on the the new position! AndreYeah, true, but with power comes responsibility! Having been a moderator...
How would you be able to see it, if it was deleted? :) Seriously, the only posts that I've ever deleted as moderator on other forums are the same types that John routinely deletes here, as he did above: Spam. I HATE Spam! I'm sometimes TEMPTED to delete other stuff, like extreme profanity or extreme personal attacks, but I don't, for the same reason above: Responsibility. It's up to John if he wants to do that. But frankly, as forums go, I must say that this one is really, really well behaved! I guess that's because we are all here for the same purpose: building studios! - Stuart -That said, I have never seen anything/post that looked like it had been deleted by John or the original mods.
Mostly all the same reasons.
There was the spam sometime early last year, completely disgusting nudity!
I thought it was going to be deleted before I could view it all...
