Studio Design Problem

Hello, I am new at the forum but i have to say that it looks great and it is full of great information. Big credits to Mr. Sayers. I have a studio which up to now is almost untreated. But now i got some serious jobs and i need to fix it. I am attaching a google sketchup file of the studio in the present situation. What i need to do is to treat it acoustically. Walls are flat concrete. Height of the room is : 2.56m. Right and left i have to glass doors. The floor is floated wood and a carpet on top of it. Thank you in advance
