Hey guys. Im planning on building internal walls in a small factory dividing it into 6 rooms that I would like to be able to have bands rehearse in, obviously without too much spill between rooms.
I was originally looking at building conventional plaster, wood frame walls with acoustic baffling but I have since come across the light wait concrete method of construction. As in the link below...

Has any one got first hand knowledge of this product or maybe some pro's \ con's that you could offer??
